Office Based Veins Course 2014 and more research from the Whiteley Clinic

The increasingly successful Office Based Veins Course finished this afternoon at the Charing Cross Symposium 2014.

In the course, leading figures from around the world in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins and vein disease meet and discuss their research and experience with delegates.
 
Each station has interactive training models and information stations making the Office Based Veins Course one of the Annual Highlights in the world of Varicose Veins and venous research.

Elsewhere at the CX Symposium today, Salil Patel, a Whiteley Clinic summer research fellow from 2014, presented his research into foam sclerotherapy.

CX Symposium 2014 - Whiteley Clinic research into varicose veins presented

The CX Symposium 2014 (Charing Cross Vascular & Endovascular Consensus Update) is currently underway at Olympia in London.

This year the symposium - already one of the biggest vascular meetings in the world - has increased the amount of venous teaching and research presented at the event.

With the Office Based Veins Course running on Sunday and Monday, the finale of the meeting for those interested in veins will be on Tuesday with a whole day of invited lectures and debates into venous disease and treatments.
