  1. I agree with Dr. Whitely's assertion that foam is excellent as an adjunctive to ablation therapy. To many times physicians try to run with a technique. It is prudent to tray the main source of pressure and insufficiency with ablation, wait a couple of weeks and see how the body responds and then go back and treat the residual tributaries with foam.
